Abstract
Bacteriological diagnostics form the scientific foundation for accurate disease identification and characterization. This paper examines integrated diagnostic approaches, combining biochemical, physical, radiological, serological, and molecular techniques to improve pathogen detection and profiling. Classical methods such as culture, staining, and microscopy provide essential phenotypic information, while serological assays, PCR, genomic sequencing, and imaging enhance sensitivity, specificity, and speed. By leveraging a multidisciplinary diagnostic framework, clinicians and researchers can achieve precise identification, understand pathogen virulence and resistance, guide effective treatment, and strengthen public health surveillance.strengthened public health surveillance.
